Diversity and Inclusivity Policy

DIVERSITY FOR AKLEASE

For Aklease diversity means embracing all features which makes us unique
Creating opportunity to unveil our country’s human potential
Standing shoulder to shoulder with all our differences regardless of nationality, gender, belief, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation.

INCLUSION FOR AKLEASE

We are emracing different ideas, identities, perspectives with an inclusion standpoint,
We are seeing the differences as our wealth and supporting them,
We are aiming to have a corporate culture which is inclusive, free, open to different ideas,
We support the vulnerable groups.

WHAT WE DO

We accept the women, youth, disabled persons and long-term unemployed persons who have difficulty in having a place in business world as vulnerable groups.

In our job posts, we are not using statements which evoke discrimination for the vulnerable groups.

We are not excluding disabled individuals with driving license requirement nor are we excluding young men with military service requirement.

We only consider competency in respect of recruitment, performance assessment and career.

We are not asking woman candidates or employees as to whether they have any marriage or child plans.

We do not allow certain factors such as marital status, having a child to affect our recruitment and career decisions.

We encourage our woman employees to fully use their maternity leaves. We also ensure their return to work with same positions and conditions.

We consider the needs such as child, elderly, patient, relative care regardless of social gender.

We explain our diversity and inclusion understanding to our new employees and we ensure their adaptation to Aklease culture.

We regularly announce Company Ethics Line (etik@aklease.com) and HR notification mechanisms which our employees who face discrimination, mobbing, violence or harassment can reach.

We know that diversity and inclusion are responsibility of all of us.

We also approach our customers with a diversity and inclusion perspective. We do not make any discrimination between our customers based on religion, language, nationality, age, gender and similar matters. We do not change our product and service quality according to the individual features of our customers.

We provide products, services, solutions which are appropriate and applicable for our customer’s financial needs and expectations.

We aim to carry our diversity and inclusion understanding to any level of society where we can touch.

We constantly monitor the effects of our works relating to diversity and inclusion, and also follow our targets with different indicators.

We include our actions in Aklease Ethics Principles document in line with our diversity and inclusion understanding.
