“Best Workplace” award to AKLease for the second time

AKLease has been recognized as “Türkiye’s Best Workplace” as part of the Best Employers 2023 program conducted by human resources and management consultancy firm Kincentric. This marks the second time AKLease has been deemed worthy of the award.

With its expert leasing solutions, AKLease has been supporting Türkiye’s economic growth for 35 years. As part of the “Best Employers 2023” program conducted by the human resources and management consultancy firm Kincentric, AKLease was awarded the Best Employers 2023 (Best Workplace) award in Türkiye. Achieving this success for the second time in the country’s most comprehensive workplace study, AKLease once again proved its strength in key aspects of employee engagement and experience, such as career opportunities, training, and development.

As part of the 2023 Best Employers program, nearly 250 companies were evaluated among 380 participants from 40 different sectors between October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023. Companies were assessed based not only on employee engagement and experience but also on agility, engaging leadership, and talent focus indexes.
