Eser Okyay joined Akbank in 2002 at Internal Audit Division as an Assistant Auditor and then; he took roles between 2007-2009 Commercial Banking Sales and Marketing Manager, between 2009-2012 Commercial Customer Relationship Manager, between 2012-2015 Commercial Sales Management Vice President and Commercial Banking Marketing and Sales Vice President. He served as Nuruosmaniye Branch Manager in January 2015, and in April 2016 he served as Ankara Regional Manager. Since 2019 July; Okyay, was working as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking until he was appointed as AKLease General Manager and Board Member in 2023 February.
After graduating from TED Ankara College, Eser Okyay graduated from METU, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. Okyay, also holds Executive MBA degree from Boğaziçi University.

Serhat Ünal joined Aklease in March 2016 as Executive Vice President in charge of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Aklease, he held various senior management positions at different leasing companies. Ünal is a graduate of Uludağ University, Business Administration Department.

Altan Şişman joined Akbank in October 2008 as Corporate and Commercial Loans Monitoring Manager. Prior to joining Akbank, he held various senior management positions at different banks and leasing companies as manager and deputy general manager positions. He was appointed as Regional Loans Management in January 2014. Şişman is joined Aklease in February 2019 as Executive Vice President in charge of Credit Allocation. Altan Şişman is graduate of Galatasaray High School and Boğaziçi University, Department of Electric and Electronic Engineering and holds an MBA degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA.

Oğuzhan Avdan began his career in 1996 at Ford Otosan as a Warranty and Service Engineer. Between 1999 and 2010, he held various roles at Borusan Otomotiv, including Service Representative, Project Manager, Customer Relations Manager, and After-Sales Services Manager, respectively. After 2010, he took on different positions at Brisa, ALD Automotive, Otomol, and Hedef Filo, respectively. As of September 2024, Avdan has taken on the role of Deputy General Manager at AKLease Filo and is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University’s department of Mechanical Engineering.

Ismail Oğuz began his professional career at Akbank Internal Audit Division in 2003, where he worked as an Auditor until 2008, gaining valuable experience in both internal and external audit procedures. Following this, he joined the Akbank Executive Board Special Bureau in 2008, where he worked until his appointment as the Head of Credit Monitoring and Asset Management at AKLease in 2017. Oğuz is an alumnus of Middle East Technical University, where he studied International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Özgür Bilge Selvi has an extensive professional background in auditing, having served as both an Auditor and Chief Auditor at Akbank Internal Audit Division from 2004 to 2015. In March 2015, Selvi brought his expertise to AKLease, where he assumed the role of Vice President of Credit Monitoring and Collection, before being promoted to Head of Operations in 2017. Selvi is a distinguished alumnus of Boğaziçi University, where he earned a degree in International Trade.

Serhat Dolar worked as an Auditor at Akbank Internal Audit Division between 2008 and 2017 and then continued as Credit Monitoring Manager in the Commercial Credit Monitoring Department until March 2019. In March 2019, he joined AKLease as Credit Monitoring and Receivables Collection Manager. As of November 2024, Dolar has taken on the role of Head of the Human and Culture Department. Dolar is a graduate of Gazi University’s Department of Economics.

Meltem Afacan commenced her professional career at banking sector with corporate marketing in 2001. She held various positions in the Treasury and Financial Institutions departments of Turkey's leading companies in the financial leasing and finance sectors. Before advancing to roles at AKLease, she was assigned head of crypto trading at cryptocurrency sector. She was- appointed as the Head of Treasury and Financial Institutions at AKLease in June 2023. She is an alumnus of Uludağ University, and she hold a master degree in Financial Economics of Galatasaray University.

Mustafa Akman has an extensive professional background in auditing, having served as both an Auditor at Akbank Internal Audit Division from 2007 to 2015. He joined to AKLease as a Head of Internal Control in 2015. In 2020, he crossed to Financial Management department as a Accounting and Financial Control Vice President. In August 2023, he was appointed as the Head of Financial Management at AKLease. Akman is an alumnus of Middle East Technical University, where he earned a degree in Political Science and Public Administration and a minor degree in Economic Policy.

Bora Dönmez embarked on his professional journey as an Assistant Auditor at Akbank Internal Audit Division in 2010, where he gained valuable experience. After his tenure at Akbank, Dönmez joined AKLease as Head of Internal Control in December 2020. Dönmez holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Sabancı University and an MBA degree from Galatasaray University.

Onur Gir began his legal career as a practitioner at Koç Leasing Company, where he gained valuable experience in the leasing industry. Following his tenure as an attorney at the same company, Gir continued to work as a self-employed attorney, with a focus on the leasing sector. In 2016, he was appointed as Legal Adviser at AKLease. Gir is a distinguished alumnus of Marmara University, where he earned a degree in Law, and also holds a Master's degree from Marmara University's Institute of Health Sciences, specializing in Deontology.
