Çetin Düz joined Akbank in 2004 and after taking various responsibilities in Internal Audit division, he worked as Deputy Head of Internal Audit between 2014-2015. He was appointed as Executive Vice President of AKLease in charge of Credit Allocation in August 2015. He worked as General Manager of AKLease since 2019 January. Çetin Düz was appointed as Akbank Commercial Banking Executive Vice President and Chairman of AKLease in February 2023. He has been working at Akbank as Executive Vice President of Credit Monitoring and Collections since May 2025.

Çetin Düz graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Political Science and International Relations and he holds an Executive MBA degree from Sabancı University.

Özlem Atik Kaptanoğlu began her career in 1998, taking on various roles within corporate banking at different financial institutions. In 2002, she joined Akbank, where she made significant contributions to the Corporate Banking until 2005. She then continued her trajectory in the sector, serving as a director in key strategic roles until 2016. That year, she rejoined Akbank as a Corporate Branch Manager and was shortly thereafter appointed Senior Vice President in Corporate Banking, driving strategic growth and client-centric transformation. In May 2025, she assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking. Atik has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of AKLease since June 2025.

Özlem Atik Kaptanoğlu holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Savaş Külcü joined Akbank in 1998 and after taking various responsibilities in Internal Audit division, he worked as Deputy Head of Internal Audit for 10 years. After working as Head of Internal Control and Compliance for 2 and a half year, he was assigned as Head of Internal Audit in 2019. He is Board Member of AKLease and Ak Asset Management in Charge of Audit.

Savaş Külcü is graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics and holds an executive MBA degree from Sabancı University and is a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) since 2003 and CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) since 2018. He speaks advanced level of English, Dutch, German and Arabic.

Türker Tunalı joined Akbank in September 2008 as Senior Vice President in charge of Financial Coordination and International Reporting. Prior to joining Akbank, he held various managerial positions since 1999. He was appointed as Executive Vice President (CFO) in charge of Financial Coordination in October 2017. Tunalı is also a member of Corporate Governance Committee. Tunalı is the Vice Chairperson of Ak Investment, also a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairperson of Akbank AG, a member of the Supervisory Board of Akbank Ventures BV, Board Member of AKLease and AkÖde.

Türker Tunalı is a graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration and is a CFA charterholder since 2006.

Şebnem Muratoğlu was appointed as Akbank Treasury Executive Vice President in January 2019. She has been working at Akbank as Executive Vice President of Treasury and FI since May 2025. She has been with Akbank since 1995 and was previously Chief Risk Officer of the bank. Prior to that she held various different positions in the areas of risk management and treasury within Akbank. Sebnem Muratoglu is Chairperson of Ak Asset Management, Member of Akbank AG Supervisory Board and Board Member of AKLease.

She is a graduate of University of Kent Economics, holds a Master's degree from Macquarie University and participated in courses at Harvard Business School. Sebnem Muratoglu holds Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certificate since 2003. She is also a member of Women on Board Association Turkey (WOB Turkey) holding independent board membership certicate.

Levent Demirağ joined Sabancı Holding as a Consultant in 1994, became Financial Affairs Director in 2007, and served as the President of Financial Affairs, Accounting and Investor Relations from May 2010 to September 2021. He still works as a consultant at Sabancı Holding. He also served as a member of the board of directors in Sabancı Holding group companies. He has Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor certificates. Demirağ has been Board Member of AKLease since June 2022.

Levent Demirağ graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1980 and worked as a tax inspector at the Ministry of Finance before joining the Group.

Alper Bektaş held managerial roles in audit and commercial credit departments at various private sector banks prior to joining Akbank. He began his career at Akbank in 2006 as a Commercial Loan Allocation Manager. Between 2009 and 2017, he served as Regional Credit Manager and subsequently as Regional Manager. From 2017 to 2025, he held the position of Senior Vice President of SME Banking Sales Management. In May 2025, he was appointed Executive Vice President of SME Banking. He is responsible for SME sales and marketing, trade finance and cash management products, as well as value chain management. Bektaş has been a Member of the Board of Directors of AKLease and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aköde Electronic Money and Payment Services since June 2025.

Bektaş holds a bachelor’s degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University and has been a certified public accountant since 2006.

Zeynep Öztürk, after working at various companies in the sector since 1990 joined Akbank in January 2011 as Senior Vice President in charge of Commercial Credits Monitoring and afterwards worked as Senior Vice President in charge of Corporate And commercial monitoring and collection, and Head of Special Restructring Consulting respectively. Zeynep Öztürk was appointed as Executive Vice President in charge of Special Credits in January 2019. She has been working at Akbank as Executive Vice President of Corporate and Commercial Credits Underwriting since May 2025. Öztürk has been Board Member of AKLease since August 2025.

Zeynep Öztürk is a graduate of METU Business Administration and received MBA degree from İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University.

Eser Okyay joined Akbank in 2002 at Internal Audit Division as an Assistant Auditor and then; he took roles between 2007-2009 Commercial Banking Sales and Marketing Manager, between 2009-2012 Commercial Customer Relationship Manager, between 2012-2015 Commercial Sales Management Vice President and Commercial Banking Marketing and Sales Vice President. He served as Nuruosmaniye Branch Manager in January 2015, and in April 2016 he served as Ankara Regional Manager. Since 2019 July; Okyay, was working as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking until he was appointed as AKLease General Manager and Board Member in 2023 February.
After graduating from TED Ankara College, Eser Okyay graduated from METU, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. Okyay, also holds Executive MBA degree from Boğaziçi University.
