Çetin Düz joined Akbank in 2004 and after taking various responsibilities in Internal Audit division, he worked as Deputy Head of Internal Audit between 2014-2015. He was appointed as Executive Vice President of Aklease in charge of Credit Allocation in August 2015. Initiating his tenure as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for Credits at AKLease in the year 2015, Mr. Düz subsequently undertook the roles of Board Member and General Manager of the company starting from January 2019. As of February 1, 2023, Mr. Düz, who has taken on the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Banking at Akbank, concurrently serves as the Chairman of the Board at AKLease. Düz is graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Political Science end International Relations and holds an Executive MBA degree from Sabancı University.

Yunus Emre Özben, after working at various companies since 1996 joined Akbank in October 2005 as Assistant Manager in Project Finance Division and promoted as Senior Vice President in charge of Investment Banking in March 2011. He was appointed as Executive Vice President in charge of Credit Allocation in August 2018. Emre Özben is the Vice Chairman of Aklease, and a Board Member of AK Investment. Özben is a graduate of Marmara University Business Administration and holds an executive MBA degree from Sabancı University.

Savaş Külcü joined Akbank in 1998 and after taking various responsibilities in Internal Audit division, he worked as Deputy Head of Internal Audit for 10 years. After working as Head of Internal Control and Compliance for 2 and a half year, he was assigned as Head of Internal Audit in 2019. He is Board Member of Aklease and Ak Asset Management in Charge of Audit. Savaş Külcü is graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics and holds an executive MBA degree from Sabancı University and is a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) since 2003 and CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) since 2018. He speaks advanced level of English, Dutch, German and Arabic.

Türker Tunalı joined Akbank in September 2008 as Senior Vice President in charge of Financial Coordination and International Reporting. Prior to joining Akbank, he held various managerial positions since 1999. He was appointed as Executive Vice President (CFO) in charge of Financial Coordination in October 2017. Tunalı is the Vice Chairman of Ak Asset Management, also a Board Member of Akbank AG, Aklease and AkÖde. Türker Tunalı is a graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) since 2006.

Şebnem Muratoğlu joined Akbank in 1995 as management trainee. After taking various responsibilites in Treasury and Risk Management, she was appointed as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in 2017. Muratoğlu, has been working as Executive Vice President in charge of Treasury since January 2019. She is a graduate of University of Kent with a Master's degree from Macquarie University and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certificate holder since 2003. Şebnem Muratoğlu, one of the mentees in Women on Boards Initiative , is a Board Member of Aklease and Ak Asset Management.

Ege Gültekin joined Akbank in February 2015 as Executive Vice President in charge of Credit Monitoring and Collections. Gültekin is also a Board Member of Aklease. Before joining Akbank, Ege Gültekin held various senior management positions at different banks and asset management companies. Ege Gültekin is a graduate of Middle East Technical University, Department of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and holds a Master's degree from John Hopkins University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Information and Telecommunication Systems.

Bülent Oğuz joined Akbank in March 2003 and served as Vice President and Senior Vice President of SME and Consumer Banking respectively. Oğuz was appointed as Executive Vice President in charge of SME Banking in July 2013 and he has been appointed as Executive Vice President in charge of Retail Banking in November 2018. He has been the Executive Vice President in charge of Akbank SME Banking as of January 2022. Bülent Oğuz is the Vice Chairman of AkÖde and a Board Member of Aklease. Before joining Akbank, Oğuz held various managerial positions at Corporate Banking and Loans divisions at different private sector banks. Oğuz is a graduate of Middle East Technical University, Political Science and Public Administration and holds an Executive MBA degree from Sabancı University.

Levent Demirağ joined Sabancı Holding as a Consultant in 1994, became Financial Affairs Director in 2007, and served as the President of Financial Affairs, Accounting and Investor Relations from May 2010 to September 2021. He still works as a consultant at Sabancı Holding. He also served as a member of the board of directors in Sabancı Holding group companies. He has Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor certificates. Levent Demirağ graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1980 and worked as a tax inspector at the Ministry of Finance before joining the Group.
