  • Tax Office Approved Balance Sheets and P&L statement of the last 3 years
  • Trade Registration Gazettes (Establishment and amendments)
  • Signatory Circular and recent Authorization Certificate to be obtained from Trade Registry Office having the authorized persons’ signature.
  • Activity Certificate
  • Copy of Tax Plate
  • ID Card Copies of Persons Authorized to Represent
  • A writing to be obtained from the related Tax Office stating that the company has no tax debts
  • Residence certificate if the lessee and the warrantor are real persons
  • Recent inventory of real estate property registered in the name of the company and / or partners to be obtained from Real Estate Registration Office
  • Inventory of vehicles and machine park registered in the name of the company and / or partners
  • Proforma invoice
